Anna Rudzinski

Tracing genes and culture through the Neolithic

Anna received her BSc degree in Biomedical Sciences from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, and  a MPhil degree in Biological Anthropology from Cambridge University. She is working with Prof. Mark Thomas on tracing back human migration from Anatolia to Balkans during the Neolithic. Anna is particularly interested in undertaking simulations of genes and cultural traits in order to reconstruct this particular piece of human prehistory. Anna's broader academic interests include the mode of change of cultural material and ancient human DNA.
